Begin by taking a small bowl and adding your salt, cinnamon, garlic powder, dried mustard and cumin. Coat the surface of your pork tenderloins in your dry rub. Next, take a large skillet over medium high and add your butter. Once your butter is melted, lay your pork gently in the pan. Sear on both sides. This should take around 8 to 10 minutes. Remove your pork tenderloins and add your onions. Lightly suate for 2 minutes.  Then, layer the bottom of your crockpot with apple wedges, lightly sprinkling your brown sugar over them. Gently place your salmon on top of the lemon slices and lightly spray with cooking spray.  Add in your seasoning, salt, pepper, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
