London may seem a little bit basic but it’s even better in autumn/winter than any other time. You should go on the London Eye just before sunset so you can see the whole thing, and if you time it just right you might be at the top to see the sun give the whole city a golden glow. You can also wrap up in scarfs and walk down the streets of central London stopping at cafes and the landmarks like Piccadilly Circus and Trafalgar Square.
