First off, if there was ever to be a comparison to a fairy tale, it might as well just be Prince Harry and Meghan Markle (because they’re PERFECT together). By now, you have heard the news that the couple is engaged and set to be married! Here is everything you need to know about the royal engagement!

1. The wedding is going to be at St. George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle next May

And it will be absolutely grand. It is expected that the public will play a role in the wedding (one of their goals is to get the public more involved in general) and it is being paid for completely by the Royal family.

2. Prince Harry proposed to Meghan on a cozy night in

Being in a relationship with the Prince means that a lot of “quality time” together is spent relaxing in, cooking dinners, and doing more quiet activities (probs Netflix and chill). It was a regular night when Prince Harry decided to pop the question to Meghan Markle!

3. Meghan will become a UK Citizen as well as baptized and confirmed into the Church of England

She currently is an American citizen from Los Angeles.

4. Meghan won’t be a “Princess”

But, if Prince Harry and her have a child, they would be a prince or princess (they’ll have the cutest babies ever). She will most likely become a Duchess at some point.

5. You probably won’t catch her on Suits anymore or any shows/movies

Meghan has played a starring role in the show Suits for 7 seasons. At this point, it’s looking like she is going to retire her role and acting career to focus on doing work in the UK.

6. You can expect big things from the Royal pair

Meghan Markle has never been one to hold back her beliefs. While there are big changes coming for her, you can expect to see a lot of work being done on her end to help better the lives of others!
