Dry skin need to use oils that are high in oleic acid. Oleic acid is a lightweight and very moisturizing fatty acid that help in skin cell regeneration and offers strong anti-inflammatory properties. In this article, I will present a selection of oil high in oleic acid. Here are 10 oils you should absolutely use if you have dry skin.

1. Camellia Seed oil

Camellia seed oil is a dry and lightweight oil, meaning it gets absorbed quickly by the skin without leaving greasy residues. It’s low comedogenic rating make it less likely to clog pores and break out. This oil relieves dry, chapped and cracked skin. Camellia seed oil is not very known but it can help people who suffer from acne, psoriasis, eczema, sunburn, stretch marks, cuts and scars.

2. Hazelnut oil

Hazelnut oil is a natural astringent that doesn’t cause irritation, unlike the alcohol-based ones you see on the market. It’s safe to use on sensitive skin. Hazelnut oil is a powerful oil that cleanses, shrink pores and remove bacteria.
