In order to begin the therapy, familiarize yourself with these there very simple steps below. And remember, the most important thing about this water treatment is that it needs to be done after awakening on an empty stomach!
#1 Right after waking up, drink 4 glasses of water (4x160ml or 4x22ounces) before even brushing your teeth. It should be neither too cold nor too warm!
#2 You can brush your teeth afterwards, but don’t drink or eat anything for the next 45 minutes. This is when the magic happens.
#3 After that time, you can eat and drink as you would normally do. Just keep a window of at least 2 hours after every meal! This is when more magic happens!
