5 Celebrity Makeup Lines You May Be Surprised To See

I love makeup. I always send my sister Instagram posts of new releases, to which she replies with a tired ‘don’t you have something similar already’. No, no I do not. Not in that shade. Let me live. As I’m writing this, I’m glancing over to my dresser which is literally overflowing with products and samples – if I can put it on my face, I’m buying it (actually using it properly is another question altogether). So, of course I’m someone who gets very excited over makeup launches, celebrity or otherwise. Try out these celebrity makeup lines to see which ones are best for you!

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley Rosie for Autograph (M&S)

For that perfect Victoria’s Secret glow, Marks and Spencer’s teamed up with Rosie Huntington-Whiteley for a makeup line featuring products like contour and blush sticks, eye shadow palettes, and bronzers in both matte and shimmer.

Alexa Chung Eyeko

Alexa Chung has been an it-girl for years, known for her signature casual cat-eye. She has a makeup line with Eyeko – ALEXA for EYEKO – with products like the Eye Do liner and Me and My Shadow shadow sticks. This is one of the celebrity makeup lines that is perfect for on-the-go makeup, the shadows sticks even come with little brushes on the other end!

 

Gigi Hadid’s Gigi x Maybelline

This one may not be the most surprising, but Gigi’s line definitely is one of the more affordable and accessible celebrity makeup lines out there. The broad range, available at Boots and Superdrug, features palettes and lipsticks in extremely wearable shades (with a few pops of orange and purple dotted through for when you want a slightly more stand-out look). The Jetsetter palette truly lives up to its name, containing concealer, contour, lipstick, a mascara, and eye shadows.

Nicopanda for MAC

Nicopanda is the brainchild of Nicola Formichetti, Italian-American fashion director and editor (he was responsible for styling the video for the unforgettable Beyoncé/Gaga collab Telephone). He’s recently collaborated on a makeup line for MAC through his streetwear-inspired brand, Nicopanda. The line features fun pastel lipsticks, and the glittery lipglosses are perfect for the upcoming festival season.
