Keep a note in your diaries for the 23rd November (Black Friday), or in other words the official day of mayhem! This annual holiday is an American tradition which has just been brought to the UK a few years ago. Regardless, it is fair to say that us Brits have fully embraced the holiday with open hands… I mean why wouldn’t we, it combines two things most people love- shopping and great discounts!

However, although there are many things to look forward to on Black Friday, it can alternatively be quite a frightening time as well. I mean, if you are promising major discounts within all stores, then there are bound to be a mass of ferocious, eager shoppers who will do anything and everything to get a bargain! However, on the opposite side to things, this is definitely a holiday that all you introverts out there will not be fazed by!

With this being said, here is a complied list of the 5 types of people you will run into on Black Friday…

1.The Bargain Obsessed Black Friday Shopper

This shopper means business. They are actively on the hunt for any sort of major deals with hawk eyes to say the least! This shopper is definitely the type of person who will have an array of bags weighing them down as they continue to shop around telling everybody that they are not quite done yet! Nothing is enough for them and they will not stop until they suss out the deals in every store on display!

2.The ‘By All Means Necessary’ Black Friday Shopper

This Black Friday shopper is absolutely terrifying! They are so engrossed in the fact that they have the opportunity to get expensive things on sale, that they have no problem in pushing, shoving and yelling at other shoppers who get in their way/ are eyeing up what they want to purchase! Be watchful of this type as they have no moral compass when they step foot in any sort of store!

3.The Pre Game Black Friday Shopper

This shopper works tirelessly day and night at least a month before the actual day to suss out all the things they want to get for a discounted price. Yep, these eager beavers sit on their laptops, glued to their screens and trying to find things that they just can’t and won’t pay full price for. With this, they hope and pray that they will find these items on sale!

4.The Online Black Friday Shopper

This person is an introvert whose biggest fear is going out to a crowded, busy environment full of loud and aggressive people! This person would much rather prefer to be alone in their rooms, under a duvet with a cup of tea and quite simply shop! This chilled out way of conquering Black Friday is surely a lovely way to enjoy the day in ease!

This is the type of person who either has a lot of money and doesn’t really care about getting stuff on sale (the person we all wish we were) or they are just the kind of person who hates shopping altogether! Either way, these people are not bothered by Black Friday at all and do not go out of their way to make sure they are ready to ‘shop till they drop’ when the day comes!
