Prepare them quickly at home, and take them to the Bach, if you are lucky enough to be on holidays, or work. Let the sun in! Full of nutrients, they will keep you full throughout the day. 1. Orange Smoothie (2 people, 5mins)

Try this smoothie to feel refreshed and energised! Get your daily Vitamin C fix.

Method: 

Peel and cut into pieces 1 mango, 1 banana and 2 juicy oranges. Put the fruits, one soy yogurt and a few ice cubes in a blender. Mix. Ready! You can also add a little bit of ginger if you like.

2. Coconut milk Smoothie (2 people, 10 mins)

Prepare this delicious smoothie and serve it cool. Great to drink with friends!

Method:

Peel and cut the fruits: 2 mangos, 2 bananas, 1 lemon, 1 orange. Put them in a blender with 500ml coconut milk. Mix. Ready! Feel free to add some extra coconut!

3. Piña Colada style smoothie (4 people, 10 mins)

Perfect for a summery night out, prepare these tasty mocktails that will make your friends rejoice with envy.

Method:

Take 1 big pineapple and cut it into small pieces. Put them in a blender. Squeeze the juice from 1 lemon, and pour it over the fruit. Mix in a blender. Add 25cl of coconut rice milk, 1 tablespoon of ginger and 1 tablespoon of agave syrup. Mix again. Put aside to cool. Ready!

4. Green Smoothie Detox (2 people, 10 mins)

Method: 

Mix the following ingredients for about 1 to 2 mins in the blender: 65 gr of kale, 150 gr of frozen pieces of mango, 150 gr of frozen pineapple , 1/2 banana cut into pieces, 250ml of coconut water, organic sugar of your choice (agave, honey, maple, dates). Add 1/2 of a teaspoon of spirulina. Ready!

5. Kiwi- banana smoothie ( 4 people, 30mins)

This smoothie is ideal to keep you full throughout the day. Drink it under the sun with some ice cubes to feel refreshed.

Method:

Peel and cut 3 kiwis and 2 bananas in small pieces. Put the fruits in a blender and add 25cl of orange juice and 4 ice cubes. Mix. Ready! Let it cool down.

Extra tip: Decorate your glass by putting a slice of pineapple on top.

6. Strawberry & cherry smoothie (1 pers., 5 mins)

This is a red fruit smoothie and it looks wonderful! Try this colourful drink very easily made and quickly prepared to feel like you’re on holidays.

Put 200 gr of cherries, 200 gr of strawberries, 4 pitted prunes in a blender. Add the juice of 1/2 a lime. Mix. Add the other 1/2 of lime juice at the end, and add cinnamon.

7. Avocado & Banana Smoothie (1 pers., 5 mins)

Prepare this banana and avocado smoothie to feel invigorated and to help your digestive system work properly.

Method: 

Cut 1 banana and 1/2 an avocado into pieces. Add 4 leaves of salad or spinach and 4 pitted dates. Mix it in a blender with a glass of water.
