The Cheap Makeup You Need In Your Collection

If you’re anything thing like me, £40 eyeshadow palettes and £25 foundation just don’t seem worth it. The downside of being a makeup cheapskate, however, is trying and testing just about every product possible until you find something you love. This list is here to decrease the time and money you spend doing this, giving you the perfect face full of makeup straight from the drugstore. Yay for cheap makeup!

1. Maybelline Fit Me Matte & Poreless Powder 090 Translucent, £5.99

A finishing powder to end all finishing powder, Maybelline’s Fit Me is everything you’ve been missing from your routine. Whether you’re a girl who prefers to dust powder on with a brush, or one who goes full MUA and bakes, this powder will suit you. It isn’t cakey like most drugstore powders and will hold your makeup for most of the day.

2. Sleek Makeup CC Cream, £8.99

Available in light, medium and dark, this CC Cream is ideal for days when you’re feeling less coverage but still need your complexion to be evened out. It leaves the perfect summery glow and is easy to apply and blend.

3. Lottie London Slay All Day Matte Liquid Lipstick, £5.95

These lipsticks are available in such an amazing variety of colours and have a lovely consistency that doesn’t feel too drying and lasts for ages. Once you’ve bought one, you will wear it all day, every day, and will 100% go back for all the other colours.

4. Revolution Re-Loaded Palette Iconic Fever, £4

Yes, a £4 eyeshadow palette, you heard me right. And, it’s literally amazing. There are some incredibly deep purples and reddish tones that you can build to create the most beautiful day or night looks. Beauty bloggers are in love with this, and you will be too.

5. NYX Micro Brow Pencil, £9

This product is perfect for those that like their eyebrows just that- perfect. The tiny pencil end can easily draw on individual hairs to create the fuller, thicker arch of your dreams, and even the clumsiest of people will manage to stay within their brows.

7. e.l.f Contour Palette, £7.50

A cream contour perfect for a subtler look, the bronze tones are so easy to blend and create the perfect sun-kissed look. If you’re just starting to branch out into contouring, or you’re a contouring master looking to tone it down, this product is the one. These cheap makeup products will change your makeup game.
