No matter how good the music is, how deep the conversations get or how engaging the dancing lights are, a party is not a party and can’t really start without drinking games. Don’t worry if you are soon to complete your studies, entering the adult world doesn’t automatically kick you out of the games. Here are some adult drinking games you can still play after uni

1. Kings Cup

For this game, all you need is cards and off course, drinks. The game is very easy and it is more enjoyable with a large number of people. People have to pick a card, and every time you pick one, you must follow and do what is listed down that card.  

2. Never have I ever

 Never Have I Ever is a great game. You finally get the chance to know people’s secrets or get the details about that girl everyone has been gossiping about lately. The basics of this drinking game is that you have to share something that you have never done before. Then, the people who have done that thing will have to drink.  The objective is to make your friends admit all their secrets:  the embarrassing ones and the spicy ones too. This game will remind you of those young and gone old days, but no panicking, you can still play ‘never have I ever’ after uni. This is definitely one of the best adult drinking games to play!

3. Straight Face

This game is all about keeping a straight face during a party. How is that even possible? So, the participants must write something inappropriate or hilarious on small pieces of paper, these will then be mixed up into a container or bowl. Then people are asked to pick a paper and read out the content of it – while keeping a totally straight face. Anyone who reacts whiles reading or laughs hearing the sentence being read out must drink. All you need for this game is lots of drinks, pieces of paper, creativity and sense of humour.

4. Flip Cup

Flip Cup is hands down one of the best starters for a house party with friends. The game consists in dividing the participants into 2 teams, which will be competing against each other. Both teams stand on opposite sides of a table and keep their cups with drinks at the edge. Then. All members of each team must try and finish their drinks and flip the cups upside-down as quickly as possible before the opposite team begins. The first team to complete the task wins. Maybe adulting is fare better than playing such games. This is a classic but still one of the best adult drinking games to play!

5. Bite the Bag

This is one of the most enjoyable adult drinking games you should definitely try at your next house party. To start, a paper bag is placed on the floor. Then, the task is that everyone gets to try and pick the bag up my using only their mouth. So, in turns, people have to lean and pick it up. No hands or feet are allowed. If you fail to pick the bag up, you have to drink.  To make things even more interesting, an inch needs to be chopped from the bag at the end of each round. Then, you go on doing so for the next rounds until only the bottom of the bag is left and everyone is clearly not sober anymore.  Again, you might want to think whether adulting could be a better option for you, rather than acting silly with drinking games.
