These breakfast ideas are great for an early class and you don’t have time for a time-consuming meal. Being hungry in class is one of the worst things that can happen. You are distracted and just want to leave. So fuel up and try these easy breakfasts!
Smoothies are an easy af breakfast mainly because there are not a lot of ingredients and you can take it to go.
Try smoothie cubes for a great way to get all the ingredients in with one step. I usually add 4 smoothie cubes and some avocado milk.
Avocado toast can be made in two steps. But for the ultimate avocado toast, don’t just stop with avocado.
After my toast has been delicately toasted I add the avocado and mash it with a fork. Then to just make it that much better I add some feta cheese, salt, and pepper.
For an actually super filling breakfast, I make massive yogurt bowls. So I use about a cup of vanilla greek yogurt, or maybe a bit more, then I add banana, chia seeds, and granola. If I maybe want it to be a little extra sweet I might add just a little bit of honey.
To make this breakfast idea fun I add avocado. Like is it fruit is it a vegetable? I don’t know but it’s in the cup. Add some exotic fruits like pineapple and melon maybe some grapes and dragon fruit too. And Bam! That’s a fun fruit cup.
This is when you are lazy but when you are lazy on Sunday. It’s not the easiest of breakfast ideas but certainly delicious. Or make them early then freeze them. But basically, grab good bread. Not sandwich bread but fluffy, buttery bread and cut into wedges.
Dip the wedges in a mixture of eggs, heavy cream or milk, cinnamon, sugar, and vanilla. Add to a pan and cook each side for about 4 minutes and then top with deliciousness.
To make these frittata pucks you will need a muffin tin. Combine all frittata ingredients so eggs, milk and then vegetables. I add kale, mushroom, garlic, and cheese.
Bacon is also a great touch. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and then pour the mixture into the muffin tin. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes and then freeze.
Hashtastic breakfast ideas all stem from one thing, having leftovers. Leftover potatoes are the basis of a good hash. Cook bacon and then add in egg and potatoes mixing constantly. Or cook the eggs in a separate pan and make scrambled eggs.
Another great option for a hashtastic breakfast is potatoes, leftover steak, and onion. This is also awesome if you use hash browns.
This is probably the easiest of breakfast ideas. First, boil two eggs and then peel them. You can cut the eggs in large chunks and mix with butter, salt, and pepper. Some add ketchup.
A basic breakfast means the classic. Two pieces of toast, one side with peanut butter and one side with jelly. Make a sandwich or don’t make a sandwich either way totally awesome.
An English muffin’s true form is simply toasted with butter. Sometimes when you know lunch is going to be a distance away you just need more.
Toast the sides of your cut English muffin and then add sliced banana, flax seed, and honey. For a savory option do arugula and tomato with salt and pepper. Yum!
