Having some chia pudding recipes in your back pocket is always a good idea! Not only can you enjoy these chia pudding recipes for just about any meal (especially as a quick and light breakfast, or a tasty little snack), but they are oh so easy to make! You can use these chia pudding recipes as a way to meal prep and get ahead in your week, while still getting to eat a treat so good it feels like you’re cheating! Incorporate these chia pudding recipes into your daily life to make your life healthier, happier and more delicious!

1. Chia Pudding Overnight Oats

This chia pudding recipe is absolutely perfect if you are looking for a new breakfast routine. The beauty of this is chia pudding recipe is that you can make it the night before, let it sit in the fridge overnight, and enjoy it the next day. Use 1/3 cup of your favourite yogurt, 1/3 of your favourite milk (I use almond), 1/3 cup of rolled oats, a tablespoon of honey or maple syrup, and a tablespoon of chia seeds. Mix it all together, top with fruit and you’re done! You could even add nuts, cinnamon, coconut, or anything else that strikes your fancy – it’s all up to you!

2. Tropical Chia Pudding

The best part of almost all chia pudding recipes is that you can use the base (the chia pudding recipe itself) in almost every chia pudding you decide to make! The base of this tropical chia pudding can be used for all the other recipes in this list – all you have to do is add in the other flavourings! For the chia pudding base, mix together 1/4 cup chia seeds, 1 cup full fat coconut milk, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey. Once this has thickened, layer the chia pudding mixture into a bowl with strawberries, mango, shredded coconut and banana, or any other tropical fruit you like!

3. Peanut Butter And Jam Chia Pudding

For this chia pudding recipe, you might want to pull out your blender! If that’s not possible, no worries – a hand mixer or even a whisk will work just fine. Make the chia pudding base recipe already outlined, but add in 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, and mix well. Taste the recipe and see if it needs any more sweetener, or if you maybe want more peanut butter! Let this thicken in the fridge. Now, you can either decide to serve your peanut butter and jam chia pudding with jam that you already have, or, for a homemade touch, make your own berry compote! Once the compote has cooled, layer the chia pudding and the compote together, then top with peanuts, fruit, or whatever else! Alternatively, you could use other nut butters for more chia pudding recipes!

4. Raspberry Dark Chocolate Chia Pudding

This chia pudding recipe is sooooo easy, and totally delicious! Make your chia pudding base from the other recipes, and once it has thickened, add in 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder. Mix these together, and set aside. For that raspberry kick, you can either layer your chia pudding with raspberry jam, mash up some raspberries to get them nice and pureed, or even make a lovely raspberry compote! Top your chia pudding with more fresh raspberries, and you’ve got a much healthier alternative to regular chocolate pudding.

5. Matcha Chia Pudding

This chia pudding recipe is very similar to the raspberry chocolate one, except this time, you are going to add in 1 teaspoon of matcha after your pudding base has set. You can add more matcha if you want the flavour to be stronger, it’s all up to you! If you want, add in 1 teaspoon of almond extract to this chia pudding recipe when you first make the base – the matcha and almond go beautifully together. To finish, top with fruit of your liking and you’ve got a winning snack!
