Ultimate Guide To The Party Scene At USC

Work hard, play harder! And what better way to de-stress from a long day of studying than the ultimate pre-game before a night on the town? What makes USC one of the best schools out there is its prime location in downtown LA. The center of lavish clubs, amazing dining and rowdy partying. USC students most definitely take pride in their parties. Located on the infamous Row, our party scene is without a doubt one for the books! With a surplus of atriums, wine bags, and good looking people, USC sweeps the party game away. Keep reading for everything you need to know about the party scene at USC!

The Row is USC party central.

The party scene at USC is most famous for the one and only, Row. Lined with gorgeous houses, gorgeous people, and thousands of solo cups, the row is every student’s dream. Darties, tailgates, and philanthropy events take place daily, so students are never left feeling sober. Expectations for a good time immediately rise the second students step onto the Row.

The 9 O!

USC’s famous bar, the 9 O, is known for its drinks, long lines (that are obviously worth the wait) and its persistent bouncers. And trust us, once your in, you’ll never leave, until your carried out. Who knows… maybe you’ll even see Justin Bieber.

Themes, themes, and more themes.

Need packing tips? Have no fear, because every night is Halloween at USC. USC is famous for its various themed parties, and they are ALL OUT. Whether you’re a cheetah for the night, or dressed in a banana suit, USC embraces everybody’s sense of creativity.

Dress to impress at formals.

Don’t get us wrong…. USC students clean up VERY nicely when needed.

Celebrate Wine Wednesday!

The end of hump day calls for a nice glass… or bottle, of wine. Weather you spend your wine Wednesday with an open tab at Bacaro, or binging from a wine bag on the row, your guaranteed a night to remember… or not remember. Hump day never felt so good.

Non stop action during game days.

The moment we have all been waiting for is just around the corner! There are never enough adjectives to describe one’s excitement waking up on game day morning. Tailgates fill the row, while girls in song girl skirts and crop tops come together for a full day of drinking and school pride. And after that long, but amazing, walk to the coliseum, we all can’t wait to rally for USC’s post game day victory ragers.

Darties, the perfect excuse to day drink.

What better way to spend a sunny California day than in a bathing suit surrounded by friends, water slides, and music. While other schools are shoveling snow on the side walks, we celebrate yet another cloudless day.

Take a free Uber!

No need to walk home alone, or walk at all. After 7pm all ubers are free so there is no excuse for not going out.

Late night food on the row is the perfect ending.

Who doesn’t look forward to late night eating?! You will never starve because USC has various food vendors set up on the row for your own convenience. Enjoy every burger, and most definitely order the extra fries.
