Possibly one of the most affordable ‘high end’ highlighters out there! I have this one and use it every chance I get, it gives off the most gorgeous, subtle glow. This highlighter is a pale, opal-honey shade.<\/p>\n

6. Hourglass Ambient Light Powder in “Ethereal Light”<\/h2>\n

This highlighter is extremely subtle, which some may see as a bad thing, however, it gives a ‘soft focus’ finish on the skin. If you wanted to make this highlighter ‘pop’ more, you could try applying your highlighter, then spritzing your makeup brush with a makeup setting spray, and with that damp brush pick up more highlighter and apply that over the previous layer of highlighter. Trust me, it’ll make a difference. This highlighter promises to help blur fine lines and imperfections for a selfie-ready finish. The shade “Ethereal Light” is a cool translucent shade, best for cool skin tones. This highlighter will definitely give you the effect of Instagram-filtered skin.<\/p>\n

This highlighter is perfect for those who like to take a walk on the wild side with their makeup! The holographic glow of this highlighter is seriously amazing. As this highlighter comes in liquid form, it’s best to apply it over your foundation, before your setting powder. Dot this bad boy on your cheek bones with either your finger or a makeup sponge, and you’re good to go! A little goes a long way with this highlighter, so the bottle will last you forever, bonus! I’m already thinking of all the gorgeous festival looks you could create with this product.<\/p>\n
