The minimum amount of time that permanent eyeliner will stay on your eyelids is 3 years, so make sure you go to a makeup artist or technician that is well reviewed and that you really trust.<\/p>\n
You can opt for anaesthesia to minimise discomfort during the procedure, but again this varies between technicians. Some places use a numbing cream where you will still experience a little bit of discomfort.<\/p>\n
