Using clear, white wine on a fresh red white stain dissolves the anthrocyanin compounds in the red wine, and can get rid of the stain completely. Get rid of all that limescale by covering your shower head with a plastic bag, fill it with enough white vinegar to cover the appliance, and tie it with a rubber band.
