Butt dimples are a completely common and normal feature of the female body and are caused by the body being made up of fat and muscle rather than plastic. This is a list of reasons to love your butt dimples, no matter which forms they take \u2013 because they are totally normal and totally beautiful!

Your butt dimples make your body unique<\/h2>\n

Having cellulite dimples does not mean you are overweight or unhealthy<\/h2>\n

It’s very important to remember that cellulite, which is what causes these little butt dimples, is\u00a0not fat<\/em>. Cellulite\u00a0appears on the skin when collagen fibers that bind fat to the skin stretch and tear, allowing fat cells to expand. An overwhelming majority of women have cellulite dimples on their skin, and this Instagram video shows how even-toned\u00a0fitness and yoga experts\u00a0have butt dimples!<\/p>\n

Social Media is not reality<\/h2>\n

It’s scarily easy to fall under the impression that everything you see on Instagram is real. However, a lot of images out there are carefully composed, with the perfect lighting and filters to achieve a specific look.<\/p>\n
