Or, well, it is great until those chocolate, carb and sugar cravings hit, and sometimes you just want something that isn\u2019t a piece of fruit to eat as dessert. A lot of the time, however, easy desserts mean tonnes of sugar and fat, and healthy means blending and grinding beans and pulses for hours on end. Eating healthy, however, doesn\u2019t have to mean sacrificing on all that is good and holy (desserts). Thanks to the recent rise in lifestyle bloggers, we\u2019re inundated with easy and healthy dessert recipes \u2013 lots of them only take 10-20 minutes to make, too! Here are my favourite picks for easy healthy desserts!<\/p>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: center\">\n<\/h6>\n<h2>1. <a href=\"https:\/\/sallysbakingaddiction.com\/2014\/01\/05\/skinny-chocolate-chip-cheesecake-bars\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Skinny Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Bars<\/a><\/h2>\n<p>Okay, these may not be the <em>healthiest<\/em> in terms of nutrition, but they\u2019re a good, light alternative for those cheesecake cravings. Try adding some fruit and\/or berries for extra flavour and vitamins! They have only 128kcal per serving and take only 15min to prep! (They do need to chill for 4 hours, though, so keep that in mind before making them.)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>2. <a href=\"https:\/\/dineanddish.net\/2013\/04\/steamy-kitchen-healthy-asian-recipes-recipe-mango-brulee\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mango Br\u00fbl\u00e9e<\/a><\/h2>\n<p>Mangos are one of my favourite fruits, and I love anything caramelised \u2013 these mango br\u00fbl\u00e9es are super quick and easy to make, and are packed with vitamins C and A! You don\u2019t even need a blowtorch for these \u2013 just broil them in the oven.<\/p>\n<h2>3. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.recipe-diaries.com\/2016\/08\/14\/weight-watchers-no-bake-chocolate-peanut-butter-cookie\/?utm_content=buffer93129&amp;utm_medium=social&amp;utm_source=pinterest.com&amp;utm_campaign=buffer\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">No-bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies<\/a><\/h2>\n<p>These are super easy to make and packed with protein and fibre (and chocolate). The recipe calls for low-fat peanut butter, but personally, I\u2019d go with regular peanut butter to get all the nutrients.<\/p>\n<h2>4. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.runningwithspoons.com\/2016\/12\/11\/healthy-banana-cake\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Healthy Banana Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting<\/a><\/h2>\n<p>This one does call for <em>some<\/em> baking (approximately 40 minutes in the oven) but it takes 10 minutes to mix together. The oats and the bananas mean that these will be super dense (and healthy) \u2013 add dried fruit\/nuts\/chocolate\/seeds for extra flavour+texture.<\/p>\n<h2>5. <a href=\"https:\/\/minimalistbaker.com\/coconut-no-bake-cookies\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">No-bake chocolate coconut cookies<\/a><\/h2>\n<p>These coconutty chocolate cookies take only 10 minutes to make, and are vegan and gluten-free! Mix them up with different nuts and fruits.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pinterest.co.uk\/pin\/286260120041824911\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>6. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ambitiouskitchen.com\/homemade-healthy-peanut-butter-cups\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Healthy Peanut Butter Cups<\/a><\/h2>\n<p>Peanut butter cups are amazing, but unfortunately for all parties concerned, those Reeses Peanut Butter Cups are the furthest thing from healthy. Luckily, Monique from Ambitious Kitchen has provided us with a 4-ingredient vegan version.<\/p>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: center\">\n<\/h6>\n<h2>7. <a href=\"https:\/\/cookiesandcups.com\/3-ingredient-no-bake-peanut-butter-oat-squares\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">No-Bake Peanut Butter and Oat Squares<\/a><\/h2>\n<p>Have these as a healthy dessert or take them to the library for a filling snack \u2013 there\u2019s loads of protein and fibre in the oats and the peanut butter!<\/p>\n<h2>8. <a href=\"https:\/\/mayihavethatrecipe.com\/guilt-free-chocolate-truffles\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Chocolate Truffles<\/a><\/h2>\n<p>Sometimes all you want is rich chocolate \u2013 and these easy, healthy (ish) chocolate truffles definitely do the trick. They\u2019ve only 4 ingredients and take about 10 minutes to make! The nut butter adds a bit of extra protein, and the dark chocolate is packed with antioxidants.<\/p>\n<h2>9. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mariaushakova.com\/2013\/12\/chocolate-and-raspberry-chia-pudding\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Chocolate and Raspberry Chia Seed Pudding<\/a><\/h2>\n<p>Chia seeds are such a healthy, versatile ingredient as they\u2019re high in fibre and Omega 3 (I like to add them to porridge). This chia seed pudding is <strong>technically<\/strong> a dessert, but you could also have it for breakfast if you make it in the evening and leave it in the fridge overnight (also dessert for breakfast because why not. I&#8217;m an adult).<\/p>\n<h2>10. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ambitiouskitchen.com\/ooey-gooey-dark-chocolate-espresso-date-oat-bars\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Dark Chocolate Espresso Date Oat bars<\/a><\/h2>\n<p>These take a bit more effort to make (15 minutes of prep and 35 minutes in the oven) but are definitely worth it for a healthy dessert. Leave out the espresso if you don\u2019t use instant coffee \u2013 guaranteed they\u2019ll still be delicious. The slow-release energy you get from the oats means that they&#8217;ll make a great snack on the go, too!<\/p>\n<h2>11. <a href=\"https:\/\/thebigmansworld.com\/2015\/10\/05\/healthy-3-ingredient-flourless-brownies\/#_a5y_p=5227889\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Three-Ingredient Flourless Brownies<\/a><\/h2>\n<p>I know. Sounds a bit too good to be true, doesn\u2019t it? Definitely an easy healthy dessert, here. These brownies are made with banana, cocoa, and nut butter \u2013 lots of healthy fats there! They\u2019re vegan and gluten-free, too. You know you want to go make all of these\u00a0easy healthy desserts right now.<\/p>\n<h6 style=\"text-align: center\">\n<\/h6>\n<h2>12. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thekitchn.com\/how-to-make-chocolatedipped-frozen-banana-bites-cooking-lessons-from-the-kitchn-201522\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Chocolate-covered frozen banana bites<\/a><\/h2>\n<p>These are the easiest things ever: just melt some dark chocolate, coat the bananas (or any fruit\/berries you fancy, really) and let them set!
