I\u2019ve rounded up the best drugstore mascaras in the UK for your money so that you can give your bank balance some TLC and look great doing it!<\/span><\/p>\n

1. <\/span>Maybelline Falsies<\/span><\/a><\/h2>\n

Thick and bat-tastic, my lashes received plenty of compliments after giving this affordable formula a try. I didn\u2019t find it half-way down my cheeks at day\u2019s end either <\/span>\u2013<\/span> always a plus.<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n

2. <\/span>No.7 Extreme Length<\/span><\/a><\/h2>\n

If you can get past the rather retro packaging \u2013 the neon green wand is rather, erm, \u2018groovy\u2019 \u2013 this mascara is a must for a dramatic look. Sure, the bristles are a little spiky, but they do their job, leaving no unwanted clumps.<\/span><\/p>\n

3. <\/span>L\u2019Oreal Million Lashes Waterproof<\/span><\/a><\/h2>\n

Forget waterproof, L\u2019Oreal\u2019s Million Lashes mascara is 100% workout-proof. Sweat all you like, this hard-wearing formula will not budge, so you can flutter those eyelids all day long. The one drawback is that it\u2019s a little tricky to remove \u2013 make sure you have a good supply of makeup remover before you apply.<\/span><\/p>\n

4. Maybelline Colossal Volume<\/a><\/h2>\n

I\u2019m a firm devotee to Maybelline\u2019s mascara ranges, and this volumising offering mascara is no exception. Clump-free and long-lasting, it\u2019s a no brainer.<\/span><\/p>\n

5. <\/span>Rimmel ScandalEyes<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n

Best thing about this product is that it can certainly hold a curl. Worst is that it smudged a little under my eyes throughout the day \u2013 nothing a dab of miscellar water can\u2019t fix though.<\/span><\/p>\n

6. <\/span>Revlon Ultimate All-In-One<\/span><\/a><\/h2>\n

Okay, so the product doesn\u2019t quite do what it says on the tin; my lashes were volumised, certainly, but they were a little lacking in the length department. Nonetheless, it\u2019s still an excellent product if you like a little drama around your peepers and you\u2019re a little stuck for cash.<\/span><\/p>\n

7. <\/span>Max Factor False Lash Effect<\/span><\/a><\/h2>\n

Long-wear and hella lengthening, Max Factor\u2019s False Lash Effect mascara gives some serious bang for its buck. Extra points for its easy removal \u2013 no extensive rubbing necessary.<\/span><\/p>\n

8. Revlon Grow Luscious<\/a><\/h2>\n

While no great shakes on the volumising side, Revlon\u2019s contribution to the mascara scene is pretty damn lengthening. In fact, it claims to strengthen lashes over time!<\/span><\/p>\n

9. <\/span>NYC Bold and Big<\/span><\/a><\/h2>\n

I do love a good bargain, so I could hardly resist putting this budget gem to the test. Wow, did it impress; expect night-out-worthy peepers for a cheap price!<\/span><\/p>\n

10. Soap & Glory Thick and Fast<\/a><\/h2>\n

My favourite thing about this mascara is that it doesn’t clump – not an easy thing for a volumising product, which is why it is one of the best drugstore mascaras on the market!<\/span><\/p>\n
