10 Tips For A Healthy And Glowing Skin

All we want on earth is flawless skin. And what a woman wants is healthy and glowing skin. Let us look into some natural remedies to protect your skin from stressful factors and make it glow like never before.  Here are 10 tips for healthy and glowing skin – read on!

1. Stay Hydrated

You should have heard your favorite TV stars revealing their secret behind their picture-perfect glowing skin. Yes, they aren’t lying. It’s just lots and lots of water intake that keeps their skin glowing. Water helps you treat skin issues like dry skin, acne, dark spots and dull skin. Drink 3-4 liters of water every day to stay fresh and to have healthy and glowing skin.

2. Milk and Honey for Glowing Skin

Milk which is rich in proteins and honey which is known for its antibacterial properties works well for perfect skin. All you need to do is mix 2 teaspoons of milk and a teaspoon of honey together and apply it all over your face and neck and leave it for 10 to 15 minutes. Let it dry and later rinse it off with lukewarm water. Repeat this twice a week for good results. Am sure you will have healthy and glowing skin in weeks.

3. Bananas for Skin

Get some Bananas from your kitchen and smash them to apply all over your face. Leave it for 20 minutes and rinse with water. Also, rub your face with an ice cube after rinsing. This helps your skin stay hydrated which will make your skin soft and glowing.

Take a few drops of olive oil and rub it all over your face and neck evenly and leave it on your face for 30 minutes. If you have oily skin, then just 15 minutes will do. Later wipe your face off with a cotton dipped in hot water. Make sure you remove the oil. Repeat this every day before you go to bed. And pat it dry with a towel. Olive oil is a good moisturizing agent and you will be amazed to see your damage free and healthy and glowing skin in a short period.

Turmeric for skin is an age-old formula. But it can do wonders to the skin. Take a teaspoon of Turmeric and a teaspoon of milk. Paste it well and apply evenly to your skin. Leave it for 15-20 minutes. And then rinse off your face with plain water. This Turmeric therapy which has strong antioxidant properties eliminates all the impurities stuck to your skin that makes your skin bright and glowing.

6. Papaya for Glowing Skin

You can have a few pieces of Papaya along with your breakfast for healthy and glowing skin. If you are Papaya haters, then just rub those papaya pieces directly to your skin. Keep running for 5 minutes all over your face. And then let it dry for 10 more minutes. Then rinse your face with cold water. You can repeat this twice a week. The properties in Papaya helps to remove all the dirt and makes your skin soft and gentle. Am sure your skin will get glowing eventually.

7. Mind what you Eat

It’s just not about applying stuff to your face. If that help to keep your face glow to an extent, the rest is all about what you eat. Intake of water is just as mentioned earlier. Take in a lot of fresh fruits and green vegetables for a presentable glowing skin. Avoid spicy and fried foods for they are the reasons for acne on your skin. 10. Stay Away from Alcohol
