The Best VSCO Settings For A Wintery Post

All of your favourite Instagrammers edit their photos to get the perfect pictures up on their feed. If you ask them, what apps they use, most of them will probably mention VSCO app at one point or another. It’s perfect to use if you want your theme to look spot on. It will turn any boring photo into something worth sharing. With winter just around the corner, you might want to think about changing your editing game to fit the season. Here is a list of the best VSCO settings to get your pictures looking wintery perfect!

1. Cold and Faded setting

This VSCO setting is perfect if you take pictures full of blues, whites and shades and varieties of dark colours. It will give your photos a laid-back and yet a bit mysterious look. It’s also really easy to incorporate any type of picture into this theme, making sure your feed will look amazing and wintery! This is definitely one of the best VSCO settings you need to consider this winter!

2. Dark Winter setting

If most of your photos have dark shades in them, this VSCO setting will take them to the next level, giving them more of a depth. It’s fairly easy to take photos that after editing will easily fit into the theme. Each photo edited like this will look stunning and uncanny.

3. Cold Blue setting

This is one of the best VSCO settings for winter because no matter what you will post, everyone will know exactly what season it is. Perfect for any evening pics with bad lighting, since all your whites will get darkened by this setting anyways. Blues and pinks will look absolutely stunning with this combination of edits, giving your theme a beautiful wintery vibe.

4. Full of Colours Cold setting

This editing is the best VSCO setting if your photos have a lot of different colours in them. It will tone down all the shades, light up what needs to be lighter, and darken everything that should be darker. When your picture has some grey in it, this setting will bring it out and make it look exceptional!

5. The Pink Winter setting

If your pictures have lots of whites, blues and pinks this VSCO setting is absolutely perfect for you! It will successfully cool all your photos down, making sure they fit into the wintery vibe! This editing style is perfect for a more girly theme if you want your photos to look light and cooling!

6. Frosted Wonderland setting

No other VSCO setting screams winter more than this one. If you take photos with lots of whites and blues in them, this editing style will take them to the next level. No matter what will be on the picture, it will look wintery and cosy! It’s the best VSCO setting if you want your photos to look like they have been taken from the Winter Wonderland!

7. Faded Winter setting

Last but not least is another rather girly and light setting, that makes each photo easy to fit into it. This editing style will cool down all your photos and give them a bit of a retro look. Pinks and blues will look stunning, and all the darker colour will get the faded look. This it definately one of the best VCSO settings and for sure one of my favourites!
