When one tries to change their lifestyle for better they often turn to social media sites to get motivation. Whether it’s YouTube, Instagram or Pinterest, all of them are filled with people posting their bodies and sharing tips on how to get where you want to. But what are the best fitspiration accounts out there? The abundance of them makes it quite hard to find somebody that will fully inspire you to get off that couch. This is why I created this list of the best fitspiration account on Instagram you should follow ASAP!

1. Amanda Bisk

Her inspiring life motto is ‘Never stop making your life what you want it to be’ which definitely inbreathes her followers on Instagram. She shared her story of depression and chronic fatigue and how she turned her life around. Now she wants to help others fulfil themselves in life, whether it’s getting fit or anything else in life. Definitely one of the best fitspiration accounts out there!

2. Kayla Itsines

Kayla created a workout guide to help her followers get in shape. She updates it regularly and comes up with new exercises as well. What’s more, on her Instagram page she shares a lot of progress photos from the users of her program to motivate others. She promotes healthy thinking when it comes to dieting and that to lose weight you actually have to eat and not stick to only salads, which is a dangerous misconception.

3. Massy Arias

Another example of an amazing fitspiration account is Massy, who previously struggled with depression and now inspires thousands of people to change their lives around. She helps her followers realise that working out shouldn’t just be a phase and a quick fix to get your body bikini-ready; she emphasises it should be a lifestyle, something you will and you will be able to do for the rest of your life.
