Plus, the retro-inspired decor and selection of American-style milkshakes makes you feel transported to a whole other era, and that’s definitely not a bad thing.
Nando’s is a great crowd pleaser, and you simply can’t go wrong with any of their peri-peri chicken dishes. While Pret isn’t exactly a restaurant, it’s one of the most successful chains in the UK and definitely had to be on this list. Plus you really won’t be hard pressed to find a branch wherever you are, so you can get your Pret fix anytime, anywhere.
You’ll be spoiled for choice in Wagamama, and not only do they have a large menu, but it’s also constantly changing so you’ll never be bored. For affordable, Asian-inspired dishes that also cater to those with vegan or gluten-free diets, you really can’t go wrong with Wagamama–it’s one of the best chain restaurants around!
Burger & Lobster’s decadent offerings are tough to beat. I mean, how can you go wrong with a succulent cheeseburger with a side of whole lobster? If you’re looking for fuss-free dining (there are only three things on the menu) that feels luxurious, definitely pop into one of their branches. Their only downfall right now is that they haven’t expanded outside of London, but hopefully things will change soon!
