Banana And Coffee Smoothie

If you’re one of those people who cannot live without a cup of coffee in the morning then this recipe is for you! This power-breakfast smoothie is an ideal quick meal that will keep you satisfied for the entire morning. All you need is to blend the ingredients together:

  • 1 banana (can be frozen)
  • 2 pitted dates
  • 1/2 cup cold-brew coffee
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 4 tbsp oats (if you soak them overnight, it will make the smoothies more creamy)
