There are hundreds of creams that claim to be moisturizing, but finding the right one for you is essential. Make sure all of your creams are alcohol free as they dry out your skin even more. 3. Eat Healthy.

Getting in your fruits and vegetables is going to give your body all the vitamins and minerals it needs to be healthy. 5. Get Into A Good Skincare Routine.

Having a good routine is essential for taking care of your skin. First off, take off any makeup (if you wear it). Wash your face with a face wash, a hydrating one that does not contain alcohol is perfect. Next, exfoliating is a great way to get rid of the build-up on the skin. If you have sensitive skin then a gentle exfoliate is best. Next is to cleanse; oil based cleansers are really great and won’t strip your skin of any moisture. Finally, moisturize to put all the moisture back into the skin. This step is essential if you have dry skin; a heavy duty one might not necessarily do the job. You just have to find one that works best with your skin!
