Non-Alcoholic Sangria

It’s easy to make non-alcoholic sangria! The fruit was always the main feature, right? That fruity taste remains here BECAUSE YOU’RE USING ONLY FRUIT! Isn’t that ingenious? There are thousands of recipes for alcohol-free sangria, so pick your poison.

Oh, wait, no, you won’t be picking your poison, BECAUSE IT HAS NO ALCHOCOL. Round up your lemons, limes, apples, oranges, and whatever else, and enjoy this refreshing experience.

Iced Green Tea

No frills on this one. It’s simply green tea, but ICED! Like the sangria above, it’s one of the non-alcoholic fall drinks that have recipes aplenty. That was a hell of a sentence. Seriously, everyone and their grandma has an iced green tea recipe, but really, all you have to do is buy some green tea leaves, prepare the tea, then chill it.

So you can chill while enjoying the benefits of antioxidants, as opposed to getting intoxicated. I swear this isn’t an anti-alcohol piece.

Hibiscus Iced Tea

Ah yes,  more iced tea. Because who can get enough? It should be noted that if fall’s getting too chilly for you, both of these non-alcoholic fall drinks of the tea variety can be enjoyed warm or hot, JUST TAKE THE ICED PART OUT OF THE NAME!

Like green tea, hibiscus tea has a great many benefits, so you can feel good while enjoying this stuff. It has great colour as well, the deep pinkish-red making it an apt expression of the fall.

Sparkling Peach Punch

This peach concoction sparkles and has some punch. You know, because it’s… sparkling punch. The sparkles give it some class, and will no doubt remind you of your favourite sparkling wines. Just replace grapes with peaches.

Several drinks can serve as the base, like ginger ale, for instance. Other fruits can be added to give it something special like raspberries and lemon.

Spiced Apple Cider

Apple cider is always a goody when it comes to non-alcoholic drinks. Make it spiced, and it enters the non-alcoholic fall drinks hall of fame. This makes for a great comfort drink. Cider looks and tastes like fall.

You buy apples and make the cider yourself or buy it pre-made. Then it’s a matter of adding brown sugar, allspice, nutmeg, some orange, and a cinnamon stick for decoration.

Asian Pear Sparkler

More sparkling goodness. Many drinks things can be improved by adding a sparkling element. This is cool and refreshing while also having those warm fall flavours just below the surface.

Pears are very juicy, so the extracted liquid need only be mixed with soda water. It can then be infused with rosemary, ginger,  and nutmeg, the flavours of which give it a lingering effect.

Cinnamon Water

Sometimes, the classics need some sprucing up. Like water. That stuff’s pretty boring, as much as we need it. Why not add one of the greatest spices, maybe ever, into it. This requires only two ingredients, including the water, and it sounds weird referring to water as an ingredient but that’s just me. You can drop a cinnamon stick into a jug of water and let it cool overnight so that it becomes heavily infused.

Pumpkin Spice White Chocolate

Pumpkin had to make an appearance in the list of non-alcoholic fall drinks. Hot chocolate is great, but perhaps too typical to make this list. Make it white chocolate? Okay, that makes it a little more interesting. Add pumpkin to it? Now we’re talking. This thing is thick and decadent and is bound to make your Halloween very happy.

Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

This one holds no bars. It’s like drinking a pumpkin pie. What more do you want? It’s delicious and very high in protein. Some recipes recommend using a banana to provide the creamy base. Cinamon is included of course, along with pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, maple syrup and it’s finished off with some ice.
