We’re all fans of Taylor Swifts music albums, right? Well she’s been teasing new music on her various social media accounts for weeks and apparently April 26th is the big reveal! We’re all waiting on tenterhooks because we downright know it’ll be one of our favourite music albums put on repeat this summer.

2. When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go? – Billie Eilish

Billie Eilish has blessed us with one of the best debut music albums around. For such a young age she has such an amazing presence and her album is no different. You’ll know all the words and be completely tuned into her weird girl psych, just in time for summer.

3. Thank U, Next – Ariana Grande

As if the totally iconic single “Thank U, Next” didn’t already have you hooked, this album is rife with bangers. Some of her absolute best work yet, this album hits the spot time after time. From excellent mixing and her spectacular, not to be compared or criticized vocals, this is one of those stellar music albums that begs to be put on repeat.

4. Free Spirit – Khalid

One of the most anticipated music albums this year, Khalid really brings it home with Free Spirit. His beautiful voice which often sounds on the verge of tears, is so heart rendering but doesn’t fail to make you bop. This one is sure to a fave on the playlist this summer.

5. Girl – Maren Morris

This music albums great girl power vibe will have you hooked this summer. It’s one of the best country music albums to be released this year and it’ll be a hard one to remove from your summer playlist.

6. Wasteland, Baby! – Hozier

Hozier’s highly anticipated second album was seriously worth the wait. His incredible and devastating voice is a huge standout on the album and the lyrics are impressive and poetic. Bring some melancholy to your summer playlist with this one.

7. Don’t Feed The Pop Monster – Broods

The musical direction is a bit different to that of their past music albums and Broods pull it off massively. There are some huge summer feel-good hits in here like “Peach” and “Everything Goes (Wow)”. You can expect some great dancing tunes from this one and some important messages about mental health weaved through the lyrics.

8. Heard It In A Past Life – Maggie Rogers

This is another great music albums debut from Maggie Rogers. Her sweet crooning will sing you sleep or be your soundtrack on the bus while you stare longingly out the window. The lyrics are beautiful and poetic, which is perfect for your sad summer days.

9. Cuz I Love You – Lizzo

We all heard and loved Lizzo’s third music albums lead single ‘Juice’ so it will be no surprise if her new album will be straight on repeat once it drops. We can except feminist lyrics and strong body positivity to get us through all summer long.

10. Assume Form – James Blake

This album is much more upbeat than James Blake’s previous work, which makes it an instant summer staple. You’ll love some of the great artists featured on this album, such as “Mile High” with Travis Scott. This will be a great addition to your summer playlist for sure.
