Like a person, a city has its good angles and bad angles, and Limerick is no exception.  With its colourful walls and Georgian doors, my cities Instagram potential is sky high.  If you’re searching for a place to take endless ootd’s and summer boomerang’s, look no further. With its Mediterranean-esque tiles as you enter the hotel, it’s hard not to Instagram your new kicks. The primary coloured doors are the perfect backdrop for your Instagram outfit pics!

2. Collecting Culture on Rutland Street

If you are a “culture vulture” like so many in Limerick, you simply must take a snap by this embellished wall on Rutland Street.  The Georgian buildings used to house a selection of restaurants and shops, however now it’s the backdrop for your Instagram feed.

3. Relaxing on the Riverside

Clancy Strand has some serious Instagrammable areas overlooking Limerick city.  There is also a quirky quote on the riverside; “it will rise with the moon” which is perfect for a twilight picture.

4. A Peaceful Paradise

As you walk through the main entrance of People’s Park, a cluster of sculptures is directly opposite Zest café.  So, you can get the ideal Instagram picture of your latté and rainbow cake with a unique background!

5. Peering at Limerick

Now, I know Barrington’s Pier doesn’t have the most beautiful view, but when the greenery is covered with bright yellow daffodils during the spring, it really does capture your most hashtag spring has sprung!

6. The Devil’s Doughnuts

With its array of doughnut flavours and matchbox sized interior, Funky Donut is the perfect opportunity to show off your inner foodie while relieving your sweet tooth!
