Shake things up with a range of fantastic fall mixed drinks to celebrate this wonderful season! Autumnal flavours of warming spices, delicious spirits and let’s not forget everyone’s favourite- pumpkin spice! Try these classic recipes inspired by fall.

1. Classic Irish Coffee

Here we have the original Irish Coffee recipe, a wonderful warmer for those cooler months. Strong coffee, Irish whiskey and cool cream floater- it’s the perfect way to end a meal! There have been many versions and variations, however, stay true to the original for the classic fall mixed drink.

2. Slow Cooker Caramel Apple Cider

This fall mixed drink has all the favourite autumnal flavours- warming cinnamon, crisp apple, and delicious cider. Traditionally, cider is a summer drink and is refreshing when served cold. However, this recipe calls for a lovely slow-cooked hot version that warms you inside out! While this recipe calls for the slow cooker, you can just use a large pot and let it simmer for a couple of hours (however make sure you check this every half hour and give a quick stir).

The warming, earthy flavours of cinnamon and maple add a lovely twist to this Whiskey Sour recipe. Whiskey is such a classic cocktail to order all year round, but these flavours really scream fall. The rose is a bit lighter but the creme de cassis adds an interesting flavour profile.
