Snack 2: Scones

If for some reason, chocolate isn’t your thing but you still want a quick and easy snack, one of the best easy recipes to try has to be scones. Scones are great and are already notoriously easy to make with simple household ingredients, such as in this easy recipe. However, sometimes you may not have such simple ingredients but did you know that scones are so easy they can be made with just 3 cups of self raising flour, 250ml of thickened cream, and 250ml of (guess what) lemonade!! Just throw them in a bowl, mix quickly and chuck them in a oven at 250 degrees Celsius. It’s a rather interesting combination but definitely one to try.
