You learn how to make an array of different maki and hand rolls and you get to take your tiny eatable pieces of art home.
They also offer special Christmas and holiday classes with Prosecco and wine if you want to make your date extra special. You can even channel your inner Gordon Ramsay and critique each other’s results when you’re done. These classes fill up fairly quickly so you might have to book at least a few weeks in advance.

Mind you, floating on a door on the Thames is not advisable for date nights.
