Sipping on cocktails is such a nice thing to do – especially when Spring has finally arrived! The Cosmopolitan aka ‘Cosmo’ is probably one of the trendiest and most well-known cocktails: its iconic recipe remains unchanged – 4 cl of vodka, 2 cl of orange liquor, 2cl of Cranberry juice and 1 cl of lime juice. The story behind the cocktail goes back to the 1960s, but it has been made undeniably famous by the HBO show Sex & The City– the girl squad of the series baptised Saturday their ‘Cosmopolitan day’. Considered as a feminine drink – it is very pink-, it has been reinvented a lot of times to suit the taste of every modern woman.
