If everywhere else in town is full, you’re always guaranteed to find a table in this spacious cafe. Trading Post roasts their own coffee on site and you can even choose what type of bean you want when you order you’re coffee. Small Batch pioneered good coffee in Brighton and these days it’s somewhat of a local institution. There are a few Small Batch’s around in the city now but one of the most accessible ones is located next to the Jubilee Library. This small coffee chain primarily focuses on just that, great coffee but they do have a small selection of sandwiches and cakes to choose from too.
Another Brightonian favourite, the Flour Pot Bakery is another local coffee chain in Brighton.
