1. Paloma Cartuja

This cocktail contains a long list of ingredients: blanco tequila, Yellow Chartreuse, cinnamon syrup, fresh grapefruit juice, fresh lime juice, soda water. All ingredients except for the soda are combined in a shaker and shaken briefly with loads of ice. Then the fine strain the mixture into empty glass.
