8 Best Bars In Cardiff

Liverpool is known for its bustling nightlife, but where should you go when you visit? If you’re planning a trip into the city then check out this list of beer gardens and bars in Liverpool. There’s something for everyone!

Kazimierz garden

This place is the perfect place to socialise. The Kazmier offers drinks that are unique to the city, a variety of German beers and spirits. If you’ve got a sweet tooth, try the strawberry beer! It’s the perfect sun trap on a summer’s day and in the winter time it is just as charming, you can cuddle up beside the coal fire and on certain nights watch live bands perform. The Kazmier is very similar to Budapest’s famous ruin bars, definitely worth a visit!

Botanical garden

This unique Gin garden is full of funky décor, you can get some really great insta shots here! Let’s face it in 2018 this is what we live for! It’s a lovely place to go on a sunny day, plenty of outdoor seating and beautiful pink gin served with strawberries.  You can even grab a bite to eat.

The Alchemist

If you like cocktails The Alchemist is a great place to take that date you want to impress. It has a more elegant feel and it’s a great place to chat as the music isn’t too loud. The drinks are delicious and they are made right in front of you. So go and watch as your drink is set alight and thrown into the air. These cocktail makers really like to show off and they’re usually super sexy so it’s worth the watch. (Just don’t get caught.) Definitely one of the best bars in Liverpool.

Aloha

If you didn’t get a picture with your Pina colada served in a pineapple did you even go to Aloha? This is another great cocktail bar located in the heart of Liverpool just off Seal street. The décor gives a real Hawaiin feel. I would recommend it for birthdays and other occasions. You can hire a booth to get that extra special feeling and the staff make a real fuss of you. So grab yourself a straw and slurp on a group cocktail, the treasure chest in amazing!

Berry and Rye

If you’re looking for something a little more unusual you could try Berry and Rye, but you have to find it first! This is one of Liverpool’s secret bars, located somewhere along  Berry Street. It’s really cosy and the service is brilliant, the perfect place for pre drinks. Knock on a few doors and see if they let you in!

Concert Square

If you want to be in the heart of Liverpool’s nightlife then visit Concert square. The bars are quiet by day but thriving by night. Slightly less classy and more extravagant, this is the place where you’ll find the younger crowd, best for students or hen/stag parties. The square is also home to a large beer garden, if you like you can rent a shisha for your table, a great spot on a sunny day.

The Cavern

You can’t visit Liverpool without taking trip to The Cavern. Set on Mathew Street this place is bursting with musical history. It attracts tourists from all over because it’s renown as being a place where the beetles used to play. It’s more popular with the older crowd, but it’s a fun night for anyone regardless. Sing dance and laugh at this wonderful underground bar, with live music and reasonably priced drinks you won’t be disappointed!
