One of the biggest insecurities that stress people out the most and prevents us from having mental peace is the constant fear of what our fellow peers think about us. Trust me, this is something I struggle with and I know how hard it is to not think about what someone else is thinks/feels about you.
To achieve mental peace, you MUST REMEMBER this: Always be who you truly are and be confident in your skin. If others think negatively of you, it’s their problem, not yours. The more you try to go about being someone who you are not, the efforts of showing a perfect you will eventually tire you out.
5. Surround Yourself With Positive People:
One of the easiest ways to have mental peace is by surrounding yourself with positive people. Avoid those who make negative comments, drag you down constantly, and/or have a bad aura.
When a person is negative, he/she spreads that negativity and you will get affected. Being around someone who’s always negative can result in you stressing out and losing your self-confidence, which is bad for your mental peace. Therefore, everyone (for the sake of their mental peace) needs to think to think really hard about who they hang out with. The vibes of the crowd you associate with will have a long term impact on both your character and mental health.

A cleaner bedroom and study area will not only result in a happier and healthier environment but will also enable you to regain self-control and get a better quality of work done.
8. Quit Procrastinating and Solve It:
Procrastinating won’t do people any good. The solution to eliminating procrastination? Stop doing it! Instead of procrastinating, start solving your issues and problems right away so you don’t have to deal with the stress that comes with them (depending on the situation, of course).
Remember, the longer you wait, the worse the tension inside of you becomes. Whatever your problems are, get started by solving them now! That way, you will be able to have mental peace.
