The Best Way To Destress According To Your Zodiac

Destressing is something that should be a part of everyone’s regular schedule. But everyone needs to destress accordingly. Every sign is different and here are some ways to properly calm your aura!

Aries (March 21 – April 19)

As an Aries you are likely to be short-tempered and when stressed you feel the need to be active. You like being in control so sitting back and letting things just go as they are happening isn’t really your cup of tea. Aries also like to socialize so confing yourself to your room and not taking action is going to drive you absolutely insane. The best way you can destress is to take part in some sort of physical activity. So doing a realy intense workout, going for a swim or even a really brisk walk will lighten your mind and help you destress. Even going out to a party or just being out with a group of friends will help you ease your mind. Now as an Aries, tension tends to build up when angry so if your stress is anger inflicted then you may want to take some time alone instead of socializing just to give you free space to think and reflect on what is swarming your mind.

Taurus (April 20 – May 20)

Being stressed and unable to have that feeling of comfortableness and safety is an instant red zone for a Taurus.Taurus like to know that they are in a familiar place in their mind so it is better for you to destress by doing things that you know on a regular day would bring you peace. So if you reguaraly like to listen to music, do yoga, or even cook or bake something new, these activities will get you to reconnect with yourself. When a Taurus is stressed they lose that connection within themselves so partaking in activities that their senses are familiar with will help draw them back to stability. Another way a taurus should destress is to also isolate themselves but just long enough to give them time to calm down and bring their mind back to neutral.

Gemini (May 21 – June 20)

Geminis definietly always have a full agenda set for themselves. This mainly includes all of their social activities with some of  their own personal needs. Because Geminis are always doing so much it is very easy for you to become stressed out. In order for Geminis to destress, taking a moment for yourself to do absolutely nothing is just enough. Give yourself time to watch your favorite show, go take a walk, or even getting a massage will help give you that breather. Geminis tend to give themselves too many tasks at a time and it can sometimes feel like they are constantly going and become overwhelmed. And because Geminis like to socialize sometimes just talking to someone about how they’re feeling and getting insight on what they could do to help can also help them to destress.

Cancer (June 21 – July 22)

 Getting into the water signs, cancers are prone to being stressed out by not only things going on in their life but those around them as well. Cancers are naturally caring so they tend to reflect the emotions of those around them. They get stressed when their friends or family are stressed out so one way any cancer should destress is to spend time with those close to them. Going out to dinner with a loved one or having movie night with the family. Sit down, eat dinner, and talk with those you love and trust me cancers you will feel so much better.

Leo (July 23 – August 22)

Leos are always bursting with confidence and are going to make sure everyone around them know it! However, when they are stressed they like to make it seem as if they are not. Leos are caring yet are very short tempered. Leos typically like to destress by isolating themselves which only makes them overthink and causes more stress. So for Leos the proper ways for them to destress would be to go have agood night out with their friends to really get their mind off of things. Overall, just don’t stop living your life. As a Leo you are usually the life of the party so that’s what is going to clear your mind. Go try something new and go have fun!

Virgo (August 23 – September 22)

Virgos are constantly overwhelmed by their desire of perfection. Virgos are the second biggest workaholics of the zodiac right after Capricorns, so stress is always following them. In order for Virgos to destress they need to still keep themselves in that insane mindset but doing something completely unrelated. Virgos should try giving themselves the space to try something that will keep them busy while taking their focus off of their current stress factor. This could mean cleaning the house, redecorating, or even taking a trip somewhere they have never been.

Libra (September 23 – October 22)

Some of the biggest people pleasers are Libras. So it is very easy for them to become stressed as they also take on the load of others. A stressed Libra is usually unable to find a balance within themselves. Some easy ways for Libras to destress is do things that they love to do. Read a favorite book, eat their favorite food, or even go to your favorite place. Doing so will bring a stressed Libra back to reality and fill them with that balance they are looking for.

Scorpio (October 23 – November 21)

Scorpios hold the title for being the darkest of the zodiac signs and feel all of their emotions very deeply. The obsessive personality that follows Scorpios is what leads them into constantly cycling intrusive thoughts in their head. Scorpios best ways to destress are to really confide in themselves. Scorpios need to take a break and do things that will keep them busy and distract them from their overflowing thoughts. Whether it’s watching hours worth of TikTok videos or going on a spontaneous trip. Giving themselves a self-care day will also help them destress.

Sagittarius (November 22 – December 21)

Sometimes I like t think the S in Sagitarrius stands for stress. Mainly because they tend to fill up their time around being social butterflies. They make it their responsibility to do so many different things at one time and it does not help that they can be a little too generous at times. In order for Sagitterius to destress they need to lace themselves in a new setting. That can mean going somewhere new for lunch or going to a different park for a walk. Sagitterius are still very social and should still put themselves around their friends. Maybe have a movie night at your place and invite a small group of friends.

Capricorn (December 22 – January 19)

If you are talking about a workaholic 9 times out of 10 you are talking about a Capricorn! Capricorns pride themselves on always having work to do so surprisingly if they are stressed it because they don’t have alot of work to do. For them to destress from any situation they should try to give them that sense of control again while still taking a step back. So organizing their upcoming plans is going to help but while doing that make sure the plans include fun activities. Capricorns needs to have those moments where they are doing something completely non-work related inorder to really connect to themselves.

Aquarius (January 20 – February 18)

Aquarius’ are very intellectual. They tend to stress themselves out by thinking too much. Doing things that Aquarius normally like to do in their free time is an immediate way for them to destress. But they are also people whos minds are constantly going and they are always looking to try something new so another good way to destress and replenish their aura would be to do something they maybe have always wanted to do or try. Taking part in new experiences while calming the mind at the same time is always a win-win situation!

Pisces (February 19 – March 20)

Bringing it back to the water signs, Pisces are probably the most peaceful when it comes to destressing. They are very empathetic and tend to feel the feelings of others around them so they can find themselves being stressed quite often. However, the best way a Pisces should destress is give themselves space between those around them. Pisces need to have time to really focus on their own stability and no one elses. They will also benefit extremely from writing, doing yoga, meditating, and any other calming activities that bring out their creativity.
