We’ve all been there before: you just got home and you have barely any time to cook before you have to go to your next commitment. The last thing you want is another microwavable meal. 1. Chicken Caesar Salad

Chicken caesar salad is the perfect quick meal to make for a lunch or dinner when you are in a rush. First, it only really requires three basic ingredients: chicken, lettuce, and dressing. I mean what is easier than that? You can also add croutons and some grated cheese if you’re feeling it! So all you need to do is throw the chicken on the grill and while you are waiting for it to cook, you can get your other ingredients prepared! Then boom, a meal in 30 minutes or less!

2. Salmon

Another one of these really great simple 30 minute meals is salmon. Salmon is super delicious, healthy, and easy to prepare! All you have to do is season the salmon with whatever you desire and put it in the oven at 450 degrees for 15-20 minutes! While it is in the oven, you can prepare some vegetables to eat with it!

3.  Fettuccine Alfredo

If you are a pasta lover, this is the perfect recipe for you! First, boil a pot of water and then add the pasta in for about 8-10 minutes. While the pasta is cooking, you can get started on the sauce! In a sauce pan, you add about 3/4 of heavy cream and a cup of butter. Mix in salt, pepper, and garlic salt to your likeness. Then add 3/4 cup of grated romano cheese and 3/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese. Mix together. Then drain the pasta, add the sauce and you have yourself one of the most delicious, yet simple 30 minute meals!

4. Tofu and Veggies with Peanut Sauce

So, this meal is super easy to make! For starters, you can choose the veggies you want to include! Some great options are broccoli and mushrooms, which are super easy to saute! Whichever vegetables you choose, saute them in a sauce pan with the tofu for about 5-8 minutes. While these are cooking, you can get started on the sauce. In a small bowl, add 1/2 cup of peanut butter, 1/2 cup of hot water, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, and 1 and 1/2 tablespoons of molasses. Mix together and then pour over the vegetables and tofu. Let this simmer for about 5 minutes. This one of the best simple 30 minute meals! And it’s vegetarian too!

5. Greek Wrap

This is a super fast meal to make and it is perfect for lunch at work or school! For starters, you will need a tortilla, but don’t worry basically every grocery store sells them in a pack! Next you will need a variety of vegetables: tomatoes, red onion, lettuce, and cucumbers are a great start! Then just slice these all cup. Add about 1/4 cup of feta cheese, some greek dressing, and throw it all into a wrap! You can even add grilled chicken if you’re feeling it! One of the most simple 30 minute meals!

6. Cajun Oven Fries

Start off by preheating the oven to 450 degrees and cutting your potatoes into either wedges or strips, whichever your prefer. Then in a bowl add 4 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of hot sauce, and then thyme, paprika, and cumin to your liking. Mix this together and then add potatoes. Once potatoes are covered in mixture, put them on a baking sheet in oven or about 20-25 minutes. Another one of these deliciously simple 30 minute meals!

7. Lemon Garlic Parmesan Shrimp Pasta

So this is one of the tastiest, simple 30 minute meals you can make! First start with boiling a pot of pasta. While the pasta is cooking, season the shrimp how you prefer. Then, melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a pan; add in 4 garlic cloves, 1/2 teaspoon of oregano, and 2 teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes, stirring for about 2 minutes. Then add in shrimp, cook until pink, for about 3 minutes. Then melt 6 tablespoons of butter in pan, then stir in pasta, 2 cups of arugula, and 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese.

8. Butternut Squash Ravioli With Chicken

You can buy the butternut squash ravioli in a package at the grocery store, so just boil some water and then follow the package directions. While pasta is cooking, season your chicken with what you desire and add oil into a sauce pan. Add in the chicken, browning on both sides, cooking all the way through, about 5-6 minutes on each side. You can also prepare some vegetables on the side, such as roasted cauliflower.

9. Pizza

You can usually buy pizza dough and pizza sauce at any grocery store, so if you buy these, 2 major steps are already complete! Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cover the dough in flour and then knead to your desired size. Spread the pizza sauce onto the pizza and then add shredded mozzarella. Or whatever cheese you decide. You can keep it as a simple cheese or add whatever toppings you decide. Cover baking sheet in oil, place pizza on sheet, and cook for about 15 minutes. And there you have it, another simple 30 minute meal!

10. Omelette

First you need 2 large eggs, crack the eggs, mix into a bowl, add a small amount of cream, and whip the eggs. Add in chopped vegetables, such as peppers, mushrooms or tomatoes. You can also add in some meat such as chopped ham, or some dairy, such as cheddar cheese. Add 2 tablespoons of butter into a pan, wait until melted, and poor in the eggs with the rest of your ingredients. wait until slightly browned and then flip. A perfect simple 30 minute meal for breakfast!
