When it comes time to eat breakfast – or lunch – hot pockets are the way to go. You might be running late – but can still easily carry them in one hand. Fortunately, they only take a few minutes to heat up so that you can head out a whole lot quicker. Not only that, but you have a variety of flavors to choose from – making for a good, quick meal – to hold you over.
Fruit is not only delicious but provides vitamins and energy that are essential to your body. That’s why using fruit as a quick meal serves as beneficial because it can kick start your metabolism in ways that other foods can’t. Fortunately, such fruit can be put within a Tupperware container – and taken on the go in no time. In turn, the most preparation you’ll encounter will come through cutting the fruit – if needed.

Mac and cheese is simple enough to make – but even if you lack the time to make some fresh – leftovers can serve as the next best thing.
