This recipe calls for 2 cups of cooked shredded chicken, ½ cup of buffalo sauce or hot sauce + 2 tablespoons of melted butter (I think that the buffalo sauce tastes 10 times better), 1 cup of shredded lettuce (I use spinach instead), ¼ cup of ranch or blue cheese dressing,  and 4 medium flour tortillas.

Additionally, you can add tomato onion and shredded cheese.

All you have to do is mix the cooked chicken with the buffalo sauce, then pour this mixture onto the tortilla, then pour on the dressing, lettuce (or spinach), and the optional ingredients (if you would like to add them).

I think that this could be one of those snacks where you’re not that hungry enough to want a real meal but perhaps a bit too hungry to only consume chips.

This is another great snack, it might even be good to share with friends…or not. It’s a bit more hearty than the mozzarella sticks perhaps.
