Also, the teas will not make you sleepy, and studies suggest a positive effect on stress relief and anxiety.
Peanut butter is filled with fibre and nutrients that help you improve health and essentially feel better about yourself, resulting in an easier fight against anxiety. Our favourite nutty butter also contains substances, like a chemical for the brain that stabilize a person’s mood. Also known as a comfort food, the physical or emotional response might help a person deal with anxiety.
Didn’t mom always say it’s important to eat your greens? Leafy greens contain antioxidant which helps your body fight against high blood pressure and elevated blood sugar. Plus, most greens contain a high level of rich vitamins and mineral content which creates the super food against anxiety.
Full of alkalizing and detoxifying agents, citrus fruits are a super food that if added into water is extremely beneficial first thing in the morning. The high levels of vitamin C is said to lower blood pressure and help stabilize anxiety and stress. However, this doesn’t necessarily apply for commercially produced orange juices, these juices are high in sugar and will likely have the opposite effect.
These deliciously green super food fruits are very good for you and have nutritional properties that will help reduce levels of stress. Avocados are a really good source of anti-inflammatory and blood sugar stabilizing fatty acids that can reduce blood sugar spikes that cause anxiety and can be pretty good for your cardiovascular system and heart.
