2. London Fog Tea

Ingredients: 2 earl grey tea bags, a quart of milk, sugar, vanilla extract, lavender.

Directions: Boil water and then add the earl grey tea bags (let these sit for about 5 minutes). Stream milk and then combine the boiled tea and stir. 4. Ginger Honey Lemon Tea

Ingredients: 1-inch piece ginger root, peeled, 1 large strip lemon rind, 6 cups water, 1/3 cup honey, 1 lemon, juiced, 4 chamomile tea bags.

Directions: Cut up the ginger and heat it along with lemon rind, water, and honey to a boil in a small pot. Add lemon juice to hot water and transfer this mixture to a teapot, where you’re going to want to add the chamomile tea bags. Once the bags have sat for about five minutes, remove and pour the tea, and start sipping to warm yourself up!

5. Spiced Mulled Cider

Ingredients: 1/2 gallon of fresh, unfiltered apple cider, 1 orange, 12 whole cloves, 4 3-inch sticks of cinnamon, 15 allspice berries, 1/4 teaspoon of freshly ground nutmeg, 7 pods of cardamom.

Directions: Pour apple cider into a pot, cover, and turn the heat on medium-high. While cider is heating up, take a vegetable peeler and peel away some thick strips of peel from the orange. Place orange, orange peel strips, the remaining cloves, and the rest of the ingredients into the pot with the cider.

Keep covered and heat the mulled cider mixture to a simmer and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 20 minutes on low heat and then strain the hot mulled cider away from the orange, cloves, and other spices. Add a cinnamon stick to each cup if desired and start sipping this beverage stat!
