Goat Yoga

Bend your body and be a base for baby goats to climb all over. Goat yoga is a new and growing trend. It is the practice of using real yoga techniques, but doing them in tandem with live goats.

During a goat yoga workout, your workout will mostly come from the contraction of your abdominal muscles due to the laughter you experience form interacting with the baby goats rather than actually working out. While it may not be the ideal workout for someone looking to get their body in shape, it may be the perfect workout for someone looking to destress and get their mind in shape!

You stay on your mat and perfect a series of yoga poses while cute little goats jump and climb all over you. Goat yoga is a form of animal therapy where yogis can exercise and meditate in the presence of cuteness.

Boxing

This combat sport will have you unleashing your anger and feeling freed of your demons after just one session.

Boxing has been around for a while, but seems to really be trending in today’s society. Maybe it’s the new Creed movie or the fact that Demi Lovato uses boxing as her form of exercise therapy, but who knows?

One boxing session consists of two people, usually yourself and a trainer (if you are a beginner), wearing protective gloves and throwing various combinations of punches at each other. Normally with a trainer, you throw the punches and he attempts to block them and guide your punches in various ways.

Boxing is a stress relieving workout that allows you to burn calories and be aggressive without actually hurting anyone.
