Blue Shoe

The best thing about drinking is the way the drinks look! They’re fun and beautiful looking, or they can be simple and straight to the point. Whatever the case and whatever you like, there is a variation of drinks for everyone. With that being said, fruitiest mocktails are the same way, which is why we knew we had to add this recipe to the list.

Ingredients are:
3 ounces Polar Blast Hawaiian Punch (or any fruity blue juice you can grab)
2 ounces white cranberry juice
7-Up

Make sure everything is cold in the fridge; trust us; it makes the difference! Once it’s all chilled, grab your martini glass (or whatever you have on hand) and add the Polar Blast Hawaiian Punch. Once you’ve done that, add the white cranberry juice and then the 7-Up!

Virgin strawberry daiquiri

We love a good daiquiri and pair it with the upcoming summer nights, and we guarantee you out of all of the fruitiest mocktails listed this will be your go-to.
All you need is:
Two large strawberries
1/4 cup white sugar
One tablespoon lemon juice
3/4 cup chilled lemon-lime soda
Four ice cubes

All right, the fun part of this all, take your strawberries and take a straw and hull out the middle and stem! Super easy and easy cleanup! Once you’ve done that, in a blender, put your strawberries, sugar, lemon juice, lemon-lime soda, and your ice and blend that sucker until it’s super smooth. Once it’s smooth and blended, pour it in your fanciest glass, garnish it with an umbrella or maybe add whip cream, and enjoy!

Virgin Pina Colada

We love making this batch for summer parties and barbeques. It’s light, refreshing, and it tastes like the original- sans the alcohol. Warning: it does make about three to four glasses depending on how large they are. You can always lessen the amount in the ingredients if needed to make it for one person!

All you need for this fruitiest mocktails drink is:
1 and 1/2 cup frozen unsweetened pineapple chunks
1/4 cup ice
1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk

For the garnish:
Fresh pineapple wedges
Maraschino cherries

This is optional, but if you’d like to go ahead and add anywhere from 1 to 3 tablespoons of brown sugar.

Grab your blenders and add the pineapple and ice first! Then you are going to pour your pineapple juice and coconut milk. If you are using sugar, you can add that too and puree the drink. Once it’s smooth, taste it and see if the sweetness is to your liking and add more if you like it sweeter! Pour into a glass and garnish, and if you’re feeling super crazy, add some whipped cream and coconut shavings!

Sparkling Virgin Appletini

We love the sweetness of the apples in an apple martini, and if that’s what you want without the alcohol, then this is going to be your go-to!

Ingredients:
One apple that has been juiced or you can try to find non-sparkling apple juice – make sure it is chilled
6 ounces of sparkling mineral water – again make sure it is chilled
Two lemon juice
Vanilla or English Toffee liquid Stevia

A small tip – depending on whether you want a sour or sweet appletini depends on your taste buds. The green apples like a granny smith are great for the sour flavors, and the reddest apple is really sweet. Just choose one, and that’ll be the taste you’ll have!

All you need for the garnish is an apple slice.

This will be a stirred drink. So, go ahead and grab a tall glass and add the apple and lemon juices with the flavored stevia of your choice (add what you feel is right for you). Once you’ve decided what you like in the flavor, you can add your sparkling mineral water.

Summer Cup Mocktail

This drink is actually one of our favorite things to serve in the summer. Like the virgin blueberry mojito, it’s so refreshing and perfect for the hot summer!

All you’ll need is:
A thick slice of cucumber
One sprig of mint
A few frozen red berries (I prefer raspberries, but this is up to you)
About 4 ounces of sparkling lemonade
Roughly 7 ounces of water
Ice

For the garnish, use any of the fruits/vegetables that are listed above.

Bring the water to a boil in a small pot. While that is warming up to boil, chop up the cucumbers and mint sprig into small pieces. Once the water is boiling, go ahead and add the chopped cucumbers and mint into the pot. You’ll turn it off and leave it to infuse with the water for about 2 minutes. You’ll then add a handful of your preferred frozen berries and allow it to thaw out. Once it’s thawed, crush them with the back of a spoon.

You’ll then strain out the mixture. You will have leftovers of the strained mixture, which is okay, it will keep well in the fridge for about a day. In a tall glass, pour about 2 ounces of the mixture and then add ice and the 4 ounces of sparkling lemonade! Stir and then garnish with what you decided was best for your drink.

Driver’s Punch

This takes a non-alcoholic take on the citrusy screwdriver cocktail. Perfect for anyone who isn’t driving and does want a drink. What we love is that this probably one of the prettiest looking drinks from this list of fruitiest mocktails. This recipe is more for a party since it does serve roughly about eight glasses.

About 3 ounces of cranberries
3 and 1/2 fluid ounces of cranberry juice
About 17 ounces of blood orange juice
Juice out of one lime
Thin wedges of a lime
Thin wedges of an orange
Mint Sprigs
About 20 ounces of sparkling apple juice

It looks like it needs a lot, but this recipe is straightforward to make! Using a freezer-safe container, you’ll fill it with the cranberries, then cover it with water and freeze it solid. While that is freezing, grab your serving bowl.

Once the cranberries are frozen, take them out of the freezer and crush them into shards. Grab your tall glasses and put them to the glass. Put the wedges of lime and orange and the mint sprig into each glass. You’ll pour your mixture into the glasses and then top it off with the sparkling apple juice.
