As we all make our way out of quarantine, we find ourselves in one of two categories: either we come out in better shape or a little heavier than before. While there is no perfect way to come out of quarantine, we are often harder on ourselves than we should be. There is so much going on in the world right now and it takes its toll on everyone in a different way.

1. Target Your Weaknesses

Try to find a pattern in your daily and weekly life to target your weaknesses. Maybe you enjoy eating a little too much ice cream, or you indulged in the sweets you baked during quarantine. Whatever the case is, try to find your weak point so that you can address it directly! If you have to, keep track of what you eat in a week and review the list to see if there are any patterns in your diet that might be working against you.
