This simple enchilada recipe is made with only 5 ingredients in under an hour. Sautee ground beef, or chicken in a pan with salsa in a large skillet. Line a large baking dish with foil then fill the dish with red enchilada sauce. Place warm tortillas in the dish then fill each tortilla with meat and cheese.
