Ingredients

  • 2 green apples (cut in half)
  • 3 stalks of celery (no leaves)
  • 1 cucumber
  • 8 kale leaves
  • 1/2 lemon peeled
  • 1 piece of fresh ginger
  • Sprig of mint (optional)  

 Instructions

  1. Wash juice ingredients well and pat dry.
  2. Cut fruit and vegetables into 1-2 inch chunks and remove any peels.
  3. Place all ingredients in a juicer or blender of your choice.
  4. Process into juice according to manufacturers’ directions.
  5. Drink and enjoy!      

Note: If using a blender, strain for best quality.

  2. Chop juicing ingredients into 1-2 inch chunks and remove any peels.
  3. Place fruit and vegetables in a juicer or blender of your choice.

  3. Add water or liquid of choice. I prefer coconut water for this recipe.
  4. Add sweeteners of choice after juicing and place them in a cup.
  5. Serve chilled over ice and store any leftover in a tightly sealed jar or glass in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
  6. Enjoy and shake well!

4. Zesty Lemon Apple Juice

This detox juice is flavorful, crisp, and delicious. The energizing juice blend is perfect for weight loss and versatile to switch up any combo. It is healthy and hydrating to kick off your day with some pep in your step.  

Ingredients

  • 2 lemons (peeled and halved)
  • 4 apples (quartered)
  • 2 cucumbers (halved)
  • 1 cup of water or liquid of choice

Instructions

  1. Wash your lemons, apples, and, cucumbers and peel as needed.
  2. Cut any ingredients as needed into 1-2 inch pieces.
  3. Start juicing your ingredients in a juicer or blender. Follow the directions for your equipment.

  • 1 handful of parsley leaves with stems
  • 1 medium green apple, rinsed with the core removed

  • 1 medium lemon

Instructions

  1. Rinse and chop the apples, cucumber, and ginger into small pieces to quickly go through the juicer of the blender.
  2. Peel lemon leaving the white pith, cut into slices and remove seeds.
  3. Start your juicer or blender and reserve about a half of the lemon
  4. Stir and add lemon to your taste or add the natural sweetener of your choice.
