10 Cold Weather Accessories To Keep You Warm

The cold weather is setting in, but are you ready for it? Probably not. It’s okay, no one wants to let summer weather go. These pieces show off all the cold weather accessories you need in your closet this winter!

1. A Good Jacket!!

This seems obvious, but having a jacket that you like that is warm and comfortable is SO important for the fall and winter, you’ll be wearing it everyday!

2. Scarves

Adding a scarf to any outfit will provide extra warmth to cover your face, neck, and even head. Make sure that your scarf is a good material, like wool, so that it can retain heat well.

3. Beanie

A warm hat is an essential for those cold days and a beanie gives that cozy touch while still having a cool and laid back vibe. Definitely one of the best cold weather accessories that’s cute, and will keep you warm!

4. Tights

Tights are great to wear with skirts in the cold months, but you can also layer them under your jeans for extra insulation when it gets super cold.

5. Lotion

When the cold weather hits, your skin can take a blow too. It often gets dried out because the air’s drier when you’re inside all the time, and the artificial heat dries out your skin. The best way to combat this is with a great moisturizer. My favorite is from Nivea because it is gentle on the skin while still moisturizing.

6. Beret

Berets are on-trend this season and a great way to spice up an outfit when you have been wearing the same coat every day. One of the best cold weather accessories to add some style, and warmth!

7. Gloves

My fingers are always the first thing to get cold, so having a pair of gloves is essential. This pair from Anthropologie are embellished with pearls which give them an interesting touch.

8. Thermal Long Sleeve

Layering a basic thermal under any sweater provides that extra warmth that you need. If you have that itchy sweater that you never wear, a long sleeve can make it much more comfortable.

9. Boots

If you want to keep your feet warm boots are the best option. Plus, they are super cute and will make any outfit better!

10. Lip Balm

Cold weather always brings chapped lips. The combination of the strong winds and sleeping in a room with the heat blasting makes my lips super dry. I keep my lips soft with a few different chapsticks.
