To begin, in a large pot place the pork shoulder, pork belly, and chicken stock. Bring the mixture to a boil and then reduce the heat to medium. Cook for about 2 hours. Then fry the onions and cabbage together until golden. Then warm the tortilla. Grab a plate and place the tortilla on it. On top of the tortilla add your desired amount of pork, onion, avocado, and cabbage. Then dig in!

To begin, you will need, 1 large jicama (make sure it is cut into thick sticks), 4 cucumbers cut long ways, 1 can of hearts of palm also cut long ways, 1 tablespoon of Tajín Clásico seasoning, and 1 lime cut into halves. On top of a cutting board place the jicama, cucumbers, and hearts of palm on top and squeeze lime juice on top of them. Then sprinkle your desired amount of Tajín Clásico. Grab a tall jar and place the vegetable inside, sitting upright, and then serve.
