It is important to make sure you make the most of your time there. Do Frosh.<\/h3>\n

Do at least one of hype week, e-week, carnival, etc.\u00a0Nobody will judge you by wearing crazy outfits all around the ghetto at these moments, and those events will leave you with incredible memories.<\/p>\n

Eat Samosas.<\/h3>\n

It\u2019s like the emblematic food of McGill, there is even a Facebook group to know where samosas are available on campus. If you don\u2019t like samosas, you\u2019re not a true McGillian.<\/p>\n

There are so many there that there have to be one that fits you perfectly. And it\u2019s a very good way to make good actions and meet people.<\/p>\n

Take the advantage of being in one of the most prestigious universities in the world to enjoy one of the best cities to study. Moreover, it is impossible to be bored in Montreal due to the amount of activities and festivals that they have.<\/p>\n

Support the varsity team.<\/h3>\n

It\u2019s always funny to watch your team playing against one another, whatever the sport is (even if football games between McGill and Concordia are very intense due to the rivalry between the universities).<\/p>\n

Learn ice skating or brush up on\u00a0your skills.<\/h3>\n

Is there another reason to have an outdoor skating rink on campus ? And even if winter is very hard in Montreal, it is one of the things that you can appreciate at this time of the year.<\/p>\n

Another great aspect of winter and another sport. Even if you don\u2019t know how to go down the mountain with your skis, you will still have fun (at the parties also). It is also a great opportunity to discover other parts of Canada (or go in the US).<\/p>\n
